If this is your first time, we have classes for the beginners.
Grab a yoga mat, if you have one, and clear a little space. All you need is the space to fit the mat to do the workout. If you don't have a yoga mat, that's okay too. Just make sure that the floor you are on will not be slippery.
And don't worry, you will still receive individual instruction as needed. You may only be able to see Master Fall on your screen, but he can see you all on his.
